In the hills of the Belice Valley and in the countryside bathed by two rivers, the Delia and the Mazaro, the olive trees used for Borgo Ulivia grow. Balanced, with a light taste, tending towards herbaceous, with hints of tomato, almond and artichoke, it is obtained from the autochthonous “Nocellara del Belice” and “Biancolilla” cultivars.

Medium fruity, tending towards herbaceous, with hints of tomato, almond, and artichoke.

Taste

Balanced in flavor sensations, with notes of spiciness and medium-light intensity bitter flavors, with an aftertaste of tomato, almond, and artichoke.

Pairings
