Organic Oil
With its light green color, our organic oil expresses fine and elegant fragrances, with a predominant almond aroma. On the palate, it is delicate, soft, balanced in taste sensations, with notes of medium-light intensity of bitterness and spiciness, followed by an aftertaste of artichoke and tomato. It makes an ideal companion as a standalone dressing for raw and boiled premium fish. It goes very well with salads, as a dip and on raw vegetables.
Lolio Biologico is included in the ICIF National Elaioteca “Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners” of Costigliole d’Asti.
Smell
Medium fruity, with hints of almond.
Taste
Balanced in flavor sensations, with minor notes of spiciness and light bitterness; aftertaste of artichoke and tomato.
Pairings
Ideal as the only dressing for raw and boiled premium fish. It goes very well with salads, as a dip and on raw vegetables. Light for frying.
